client resident of new york moved to California, lived in Queens in the city of East Elmhurst, does anyone know which school district does that belong to and also would she be a resident of new york city or Yonkers, (never heard of Yonkers before)?

Lived in New York City borough of Queens East Elmhurst not a city just a postal zip code Must pay New York state tax and New York City tax.
