Client, S corp, wants to know whether to buy or lease a car. He is thinking to buy or lease Honda Accord.

What are the tax benefits? (Or may be a website that may help?)

Here's somebody's term paper on the subject. Ignoring the occasional misspelling and awkward sentence construction (this clearly wasn't an English composition class), I found the explanations & analysis to be pretty good overall.
