4/15/09 was the last day to amend 2005 tax return correct? Then what about a 2008 form 1045 with a 1a NOL. Do I go back 3 yrs to 2006 or 2005 in the "computation of decrease in tax" section of the form 1045?

back to 2005. this is an exception to the general rule.
