15 vs 39

Would Gas canopy qulify for 15 year dep. or would it be considered part of building and hense 39 year?

I remember reading this yesterday when I was looking for something else. It is on page 9-8 of the TaxBook - the lst item under 5 year property.

"Gasoline pump canopies taht are not permanent structures. (Any supporting concrete footings are permanent structures and are land improvements classified as 15 year property."
