Why, Harlan you hound dog But you are right. My poor neglected hubby...
Yep, pretty soon it's going to be laying around the beach in a hammock being fanned by palm fronds and served fancy umbrella drinks by native boys in loin cloths.
.............Fantasy over................
Thursday is going to be jammies all day on the couch with a bag of cheesypoofs, a sixer of root beer, and a bunch of Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns.
Almost as good.

I do love my coffee. Been trying to keep that to a minimum, but it is hard to break the habit. I'm way too embarrassed to tell you how much I consume!

Then the martini! Gotta work on the naive native in a loincloth. I will search Craig's list! YES! I'm sure I'll find one there!!
I just had the last live client come in. Called yesterday.. Big return, big business.
"So, let's start with your retirement 1099."
"That was 32,788."
"I need the 1099. Didn't you BRING the 1099?"
"Um, no but I have the total right here."
"Ya think there was some WITHHOLDING on that 1099?"
geez. I threw my hands up and said we couldn't complete the return today and he is off to the bank and post office with extension payments and forms."I am proud to pay taxes in the United States. The only thing is I could be just as proud for half the money." Arthur Godfrey
