Filing status for 2005

Widow, has a 32 year old son living with her. He has an outside job. She pays all
the upkeep on the house, son pays no rent.
Is she qualified to file as head of household? Sons income is more than $4,000.

I don't think so (but have been wrong before).

Fails QC test because of age and income.

Fails QR test because of income.

Fails HOH test because is not a qualifying child.

Qualified prior to 2005, but not now. Same answers as above.
