yearly fees on business condo

My client bought a condo he use fo ra Schedule C business.

He took out aloan through the colson Services Corp.
Every year he pays 3 fees

certified development fee

servicing agent fee

ongoing SBA guarentee fee.

Even though these fees are connected to a loan as they are paid yearly I assume they are deductible. Any disagreements
