    Qualified Dividends Tax Rate - Expiration

    Is the favorable tax treatement for qualified dividends still set to expire at the end of 2010, or has the date been changed? Maybe I'm not using good search techniques, but I can't find a discussion about this anywhere.

    TTB 1-9 I think has what you're looking for.

    2011 and after - Ordinary rate
