Client (brain apparently dematerialized during beaming)

wants to buy and deduct this as "Entertainment" (toy for kids in his lobby waiting for parents). I'm suspicious of this Trekkie fan's motives but -- still -- it's cheaper than a water ionizer.

    What type of business

Seems like your client is in business in some fashion, so what type of business, that he needs to entertain children in the "lobby" waiting for parents?

Hey, I recommend this thing highly - I have one in my desk.

It works pretty good for freezing clients in place when they won't shut up & let you work. Just be sure you have it pointed in the right direction before pulling the trigger, otherwise it's really bad for productivity.

        Wife's "lobby," actually (fabric-partioned 1/4 room)

What would we do without you, dear Bart. I think it's a great idea. Maybe, you are in the wrong biz?

Ha! I bet he would let them play with a $150 Star Trek toy. I have a slot machine, a cabinet full of old military items, and boxes of comic books and baseball cards in my office. I should have deducted them as entertainment for clients
