I go the extra mile for my clients and I don't think we can expect them to remember everything from year to year. My gripe is the people who won't move a muscle to do anything and expect it all to come to them.

I find that when the taxpayer doesn't know how much real estate tax he/she paid, a simple phone call to the County provides the answer.
