Tax Software Complaints

Most of our software companies do an excellent job of processing tax returns. I think many of us have felt we have the best idea and it simply is not being entered as an enhancement as fast as we would like. Would anybody care to vent with me? I do love my software, but it seems odd that this one suggestion has fallen on deaf ears for several seasons.

Case:
A substitute teacher has 14 w2s and Creative Solutions Ultra Tax has no automatic way to charge that person a higher fee than a tax payer with just one W2. Similar for 1099r & W2g. If you use Ultra Tax and like this, consider calling them to increase this suggestion priority.

Who else has an enhancement that has been passed over for a few years?

For years Drake wound not add mailing addresses to client letters when you were doing a paper return. It didn't how many times I called and had other users complain. I noticed in an update I got after tax season they made the change. I called tech support to say great and the person I talked to had no idea the enhancement had been made.
