Arizona Efile

According to my software Arizona does NOT accept efile on Form 1065 - AZ 165, is this correct?

That is correct with ProSeries tax software...

Same goes with form 1120S S-Corp for ProSeries.

And I thought Calif was behind the times, at least Calif is accepting partnership returns efile.

Arizona is behind the times accepting efile business returns. They want you to attach the Fed return, and for heaven's sake make sure the "Check box if filed under extension" box is checked if necessary. They have a pretty heinous fine for late filing.

Thanks for the heads up on the filing and the extension box. I might just check the extenston and file extension to be on the safe side.

Clients are leaving for out of town, must be nice!
