    Cruise Ship As Educational Deduction

I have a self employed client that went on a cruise ship and wants to claim part of the cost as a
education deduction. Where can I find info on how to handle this and determine what part is
    deductible.

For a discussion of the limits on travel ex-
pense deductions that apply to cruises and con-
ventions, see Luxury Water Travel and
Conventions in chapter 1 of Publication 463.

Also, see Pub. 970 Education expense

          US registered ship

Its gotta be a US registered ship. Aint too many of them. Heavy restrictions on education cruises.
