Mass. Question

Mass. has a tax on the automobiles. I think it is called an excise tax. Is this a tax that can be claimed as a personal property tax deduction?

Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".
