Priest(catholic) receives w-2 and tells me it include some car allowance. So can I take his business mileage on 2106 and carry it to sch A.

But first make sure it is indeed included in box 1 of the W2. Some people get one check
which may have an amount added for car allowance, but which in fact the allowance is
simply added to the net pay. So you can understand how he might THINK that it was
included in box 1 of the W2.

If any reimbursement has been reported in Box 1 of the W-2 you do not report it on Form 2106.
