Do any of you know the telephone number a client can call IRS to see how much estimated tax they paid in 2008. I know about the power of attorney but prefer the client get in touch with IRS for this information.

Tell them to call the general number 1-800-829-1040. If that is not the number they need, they should have that information as to where to call to get it.
LTOnly in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut". -
