A client has a K-1 from a partnership (1065). On line 13 of the K-1, it has a line for “W* - $1322.” The asterisk refers to a note from the CPA that says the amount is for “Specially Allocated Depreciation.”
My software does not offer an option for 13W for that. It offers the following:
WA – Interest expense allocated to debt financed distributions
WB – Interest paid or accrued on debt properly allocated to your ?
WC – Interest paid or accrued on debt properly allocated to your ?
WD – Capital construction fund contributions
WE – Interest Penalty – Early Withdrawal
WF – Film and television production expense
I wondered if anyone might be able to provide any insight on where to put this on the return?
