Did any individual or estate own, directly or indirectly, an interest of 50% or more in the the profit, loss, or capital of the partnership?....well the Partnerhip I am working on has 2 Partners (H/W) each 50% ownership so I am guessing I would answer this yes? This looks like a new question for 2008.

Yes, just did it. I clicked on the line and it brought up a worksheet, allowed me to drop down the two partners already in the system and voila! it's done. -

Just automatically carried in the greater than 50% partners based on my prior years info.
But thanks for posting this reference to the question, now I will watch for on each partnership that I prepare to make sure the info is transferred.
