I am little confused about these questions regarding health insurance. Does it pertian to Seniors age 70+ and if so arent these Seniors on the Fed medicare program plus potentially private medicare supplement coverage? Do I still need the name of the insurer, policy # etc.?

On the Schedule HC you'll leave Part A and Part B blank, as that's for private insurance (and that's where the insurer, policy #, etc. go).
On line 5 you'll check the box for Medicare.
There's some more questions to be answered on there, but you won't need the insurer, poilcy #, etc. Just the checkbox for medicare.
