Calif. IRA contributions limits

I wander if anyone knows the IRA contribution limits for Calif. for the period of 1975-1985?
I know the first couple of years Calif limited a contributions if you had a retirement plan. Calif. also had lower contribution limits but I can not find those limits.

Take a look here on the third page. '76-'81 are missing, but I may be able to locate some limits for you. Not sure where they are or if I can locate them for you.
