    first time home buyer question

    client bought land last year and is putting a trailer on it this year. Will be his primary residence. Would this be covered under first time credit? Sounds like it would be under the new construction provision.

      By "putting" a trailer on it, do you mean that he is purchasing a trailer in the qualifying time period?

          correct. He has not bought the trailer yet, will do so this year.
