    Tugboat Captain

I seem to remember some discussion, a couple of years ago, about possibly treating a tugboat captain in a different manner from other transportation workers. I have one coming in on Thursday afternoon and would like to familiarize myself with things I need to know before then.

Any advice and/or info on this type of situation will be appreciated.

Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

    yes

I have a tugboat captain and I always treat him differently. I keep a spittoon near his chair and disinfect when he leaves.....
    But then, that's just me.....

Possi - I believe that I laughed more at this reply than any I have seen in a long time.

            Found it

I finally found the discussion that I was remembering and was looking for.
