Opt out of bonus deprec

When you have an S corp, do you opt out of the bonus depreciation on the S corp return or does it flow through to the personal return and the opt out election goes with the personal return?

That sounds clear as mud.......Does the opt out election go with the S corp return or the personal return? is what I am asking.
