Land of Kamehameha
Taxea, some of us remember when you threatened to leave the forum a few months ago, many of us asked that you reconsider and stay with us. Your latest remark is not being well-received, as you can tell.
The Statler Brothers had a song about a group of people wondering what had happened when their dreams had not come true, and the classic line was "Maybe we just thought the world would change to suit our needs..."
For better or worse, the rest of the world is what it is, from Schofield Barracks to Long Island. And it is not going to change to suit you, or me, or anyone else. You will be doomed to disappointment if you expect everyone else to observe only those precepts compatible with your expectations.
We are who we are. Many of us feel quite a comraderie with forum members and react when we are insulted as a group.
