I found this link while I was searching for a future value calculator. It appears to contain most of the calculators from Time Value Software which is an excellent product (and you can print the results). I purchased TV software years ago, but can't find my original 3-1/2" disk, or the manual.

I have no idea why this link is available "free", but thought I'd share this find with others.

I have TV5 which only does amortization schedules but I use it all the time. The amortization schedule allows all sorts of payments at various times and does the calulations.
