My client worked in MO and KY and is now living in KY last 3 months of 2008. I have filled the KY40NR form and I'm trying to efile and the efile form says the taxes have been paid in full and there is no refund or balance due. Then when I try to create the efile the KY doesn't even want to create. The return shows a refund of $184. Am I missing a form or checking a box?
