    S-Corp extension for AZ...

I already e-filed the Fed form 7004. Does the AZ 120XT need to filed and if so can it be e-filed or does it need to be mailed in?

The S corporation can use a valid federal extension rather than applying for an Arizona extension. You'll check the box "Return filed under extension". Make sure to include a copy of form 7004 when you mail in the return.

Here's a link that explains about extensions for form 120S

AZ cannot accept SCorp returns via efiling.

BHoffman, so I understand you correctly and

after reading the AZ website, upon filing the S Corp AZ return, include a copy of form 7004 (Fed ext). By doing this I do NOT need to submit the 120EXT form. Correct?

Unless this has changed, AZ also accepts the Fed ext on individual tax returns w/o submitting a form to AZ.

Yes, but make very sure that box on the 120S is checked.

          AZ form 120ext for 2011

My ProSeries support tells me it needs to mailed in for 2011 for AZ no longer accepts Fed 7004 e-filed ext but as I read the 120ext, I am reading AZ still does accept copy 7004. Am I correct?
