    2006 Hummer H2 Stut

(tax year 2007) Has anyone had experience for which the client used this model of Hummer 50%+ for business therefore is exempt from sect 280F and the deduction can be over $25K

Reference bottom left of pg 10-7 of 2007 TTB. My client tells me this model of Hummer has cargo space he believes is at least 6' in interior length etc. as it reads in the 2nd bullet of this page.

    I don't think the

SUT is a qualifying vehicle. Besides the fact IMO it's a little homely looking, the cargo space needs to be 6' while not being easily accessed from the passenger compartment. If you fold the "midgate" and back seats down, you get to an interior length of 6' 8 inches. But, with the midgate closed, which it would need to be to block off access to the passenger compartment, it is a little less than 3 feet. Hope this helps!

Anyone ever notice they beat the daylights out of the definition of a child, but they don't spend much time at all defining "parent"?
