    Depreciation - storage units?

    39 years for masonry, 7 years for metal? Any other thoughts?

          Section 1250 property....non-residential real property...39 years...masonry or metal, makes no difference.

              Actually, if the building is temporary (in that it can be moveable) - 1245 property -7 years.
