    Form 8801 Credit for Prior Year AMT

    I have not encountered this before.
    For 2007, MFJ return with AMT
    H/W divorce in 2008
    How to complete the form 8801 for 2008 credit? If they were filing joint there would be a credit. If I split the return, there would be a credit.

    Do I complete as if the t/p had filed single in 2007?
