    Sale of Rental

    Client sold apartment building in 2008. Most depreciation taken is from buildings, roof, carpet, etc. However, some is from stoves, refrigerators, etc. Is all of it considered Sec. 1250 Property or would the personal items(stoves, etc.) be considered Sec. 1245 Property?

    Yes, 1245 for the appliances.
