I put my listing for MN's Hotline for tax professionals in a very safe place. So safe that I can no longer find the darn thing!!! Do any of you have the number that you can pass on to me? It is regarding an e-file problem but I can't recall if MN has a separate hotline for that as well. I left a message on their regular tax assistance line four days ago but have not heard from them and sent them a email two days ago with no response yet.
For your info my problem is that on 2/18 MN cleared two returns from the Proseries server and the efile status remains "Return sent to State". The Federal portion of the returns were accepted. I have sent MN returns before and after that date with no problems. I talked to Proserie but all they could do was confirm that MN grabbed the returns from thier server.
