I am away from my office without my All States TTB and have a question about the return I would like to finish up here. Does NC not have a new EIC for 2008? My software is not calculating one but is giving the client a child tax credit.

Yes, NC has an EIC this year.
It's calculated on the Schedule TC, Lines 37-39.

The software was calculating EIC and I was looking right at the calculation but telling myself it was something else.Comment
