    New 990

    Anyone complete the new 990. How easy were the instructions to follow?

    My client files 990 for a 501(c)(2). Can I do the 990 EZ if it meets the requirements of gross receipts less than $1,000,000 and Total assets are less than $2,500,000?

    Can anyone tell me where to find more information on 501(c)(2)?
