    1099-g

    Have a client with 56 1099-G gambling winnings from the same casino, there is a 30 form limit to e-file,,,,,anyone know if I could enter a grand total on one 1099-G showing total winnings, and taxes withheld.

    My thinking is probably not, just like stock sales.

    From my experience the tax form requires that you enter specific information from the 1099 which includes info on such things as slot machine number, table number, dealer number etc...you would not be able to use totals unless all the boxes are the same.
    Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
