Meals chart?

I seem to remember a chart in TTB that showed what meals were at 50% and what means were at 100%. Although I found information on that subject - no chart. Have you seen such a chart?

Hey join the club of those who've lost it. I only knew the chart was SOMEWHERE 'cause I had just looked at it a few days ago . . . but that didn't stop me from needing several mins to remember just where I had found it!
