    Texas Franchis

    Can anyone tell me if all partnerships are subject to the new Franchise fees. My software is auto printing the tax due or no tax due reports.

    I'm posting a link to the site that gives you the info. Basically, if the partnership is made up of all natural persons, no franchise tax return is required.
