Retirement Income ST of WI

Had a client move to WI. Is State of LA retirement taxable to WI, as a resident of WI.

Wisconsin likes to tax just about everything. If they were only a part year resident only the retirement income they received after they actually became a WI resident is taxable. If a full year resident it will all be taxable.
