Box 14 - Taxable LTD

This one is new for me.

Box 1 and box 16 = 13,490
Box 14 = 21, 974 and marked Taxable LTD

ProSeries code has to be "other."

It would seem to me that I'm supposed to enter this somewhere, but where?

Would it be

possible for you to call the employer and talk to accounting? From the description, it appears to be a taxable disability payment.

I just found out

from a client's employer that the info in box 14 $xxx LTD is long term disability which the client has and it is included in their wages in box 2. Just thought you'd like to know this.

Box 2? Shouldn't it be in Box 1?

What makes this weird is that boxes 3 & 5 are $305. And if this is already included in box 1, then why is 14 higher?
