    Mobile Home Rental

    Maybe a stupid question but is it legit to rent a mobile home and put it on a sch E? The tenant is paying the lot rent plus paying rent to the landlord. I ask because I'm not sure a mobile home is considered real property.

    Yes, it is treated same as rent for a house. Goes on Sche E.
