    Dependent Care Expense

    OK this one is easy. . .

    In TTB 11-6 under not qualified the statement "Cost of pre-school do qualify even if the programs have some educational content. (T.D. 9354)"

    What does the T.D. stand for? And if pre-school does qualify, why is it not listed under the Qualified column?

      This one is not so easy (maybe).

      Client sent child to preschool and paid fees. Catholic church preschool. Church secretary refuses to give EIN. What now?

        Enter "TAXEXEMPT' in EIN field. Easy!
