In the menu which prorates expenses for preachers, you have to answer that church is providing a parsonage in order to get the proration and SE tax to work correctly.
Churches quite commonly do NOT provide a parsonage, but instead specify a portion of salary as a "housing allowance." The allocation must be made under these circumstances just as if a parsonage were physically provided. So in order to get the proper proration and treatment, TaxSlayer users must answer that the church is providing a parsonage, whether they are physically providing one or not.
Once you do this, the TS routine works just fine.
