Form 8582-Passive Activity Loss Limitation

ATX says this Form is only in "Work-In-Progress" stage. Please, are other members having same problem with software or only ATX?

I have 5 clients' tax I can't e-file; or are there other ways round this?

Form 8582 has not been released yet. My software tells me estimated release date
is 2-13-09
