    Can boyfriend (24) claim student girlfriend(21) if he has provided support and they lived together all year?

    But, be sure she absolutely had NO income during that year.

      Go to TTB page 3-15 and walk through the dependency tests starting from number one.

      When you get to number 4, of course she will not meet the definition of qualifying Child so start #4 - Qualifying Relative.

      If all seven tests are met you'll have your answer.
