      so far so good taxmom34

that gets Lion to her own posts.

The only way I know to find posts by someone else is as follows.

At the main listing of threads look on the right and click on "Search Forum". Then in the box that opens click on "Advanced Search". Look to the right hand side of the box that opens and all is revealed. Note that you are asked to decide whether to search only for threads started by the person or for all their posts. I forget which is the default.

Why do some have green circles and others blue or gray?

          Personality

The TMI Staff rate our personalities based on our posts and those of us considered more colorful get the more colorful dots.

If you don't believe that maybe you can believe that a green dot means they are logged in to the board now and otherwise they are not.

              Erchess,

You can disable the green dot, if you wish and still be logged in.

                Finding them

When you enter the message board and see all the threads listed, look to the right side of the page at the underlined name of the last person who posted to a thread (plus the time and date). Then look down the page until you see the person you're looking for.

Click on his/her underlined name (it's a link) and their profile will pop up allowing you to "Find all posts by John Doe" or "Find all threads started by John Doe" and some other things.

This may not be the "proper" way to do it, but it works for me.
