    Issuing W-2's

    My client called and said they need to print off 2 more W-2's but prefer not purchase a whole pack of carbon copy perferated W-2's.

    Here is a website with a 2008 W-2 form. Can my client just type the same data in each one of these W-2 forms and mail the employee the Fed, State and Employee copy?

      I don't know why you couldn't, there are so many versions of the W-2's, as long as the information is accurate you should be fine.
