Does anyone know where I can read up on the requirements for filing a non-profit return for the State of Texas, or even if Texas requires such (a state version of the Federal 990 non-profit). Thanks (I'm in PA).
Texas does not require a non-profit return, but you do have to file for non-profit status in Texas to get out of the franchise tax form filing requirements.
