    Example of dissallowed uniform decduction

Can someone give me an example of a uniform that is more common then the example given in TTB pg 4-25 top left corner?

I would assume a beverage distiller stocker whose shirts state COKE is suitable for everyday wear. Same story with a nurse. How about a profession that leaves the employee uniform with an odor like an exterminator? Or a garbage profession and there are many more.

What is the employer's policy prohibits employees from wearing their uniforms in public places where alcohol is sold?

What is the employer's policy prohibits employees from wearing their uniform publicly period?

I can tell you that law enforcement requires that officers not wear their uniforms in public. At the least it has to be covered with a jacket if the officer is off-duty in a bar.

To be considered a uniform the examples are clear. A shirt with the company logo or the employees name would be considered a uniform. taxea
