    Changing medical insurance companies

I have a single member s corporation tax payer who changed insurance companies in the middle of the year. They had to get their health insurance records copies and transferred to the new company. They asked if the cost of changing and making the copies was deductible along with the cost of the health insurance premiums.

My first reaction is to say No. But I thought I would just check for confirmation.

    Thanks

the policy is in name of corporation, then yes.

If policy is his personal one (but still allowed the HI deduction on page one per IRS ruling),
it follows that these fees are personal in nature.
