Forging a signature to obtain a federal tax return is a crime, report it to theIRS hotline: 800-829-0433, according to the TAO. Don't hold your breath waiting for any action from theIRS, unless you were trying to get a copy of Obama's return.

Dan is probably right

but I personally do not choose to forge anyone's signature on anything much less a tax related document. Call me old fashioned but it seems the ethics are questionable at best.
